How much does shipping cost?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. Shipping costs £3.99 for orders under £35. Shipping throughout the United Kingdom is free of charge for orders over £35.
When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we start working on your personalised book right away. We will send you a draft via email to review and approve. Once approved, it will be printed and shipped to you. All printed books also come with a free digital copy, so you will receive that via email. Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order has been printed and dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link via email. If you do not receive this, simply contact us. Alternatively, you can track Royal Mail here.
Lost package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
